Degree in Business Management. Post-Graduation in Strategic Management. Universidade Católica Portuguesa (UCP).
After 1,5 years working at Ernst & Young, Miguel joined Arthur Andersen in 1995, as a Consultant, being promoted to Manager in 1998.
When Arthur Andersen integrated Deloitte, in 2002, Miguel joined Deloitte as Senior Manager of the Management Solutions Group.
In 2003, Miguel joined GMS Consulting, being promoted to Managing Partner in 2005.
In 2007, returned to Deloitte to lead the TMT Consulting division.
In 2015, Miguel took a more transversal role as the Cross Industry Leader for Strategy and Operations and part of the Deloitte Digital Leadership.
Miguel has been leading innumerous strategic and operational consulting projects for clients in diverse geographies and knowledge areas from digital transformation to strategic planning, reengineering and reorganisation, marketing and sales strategy and transformation, cost reduction, human resource development, implementation of information systems, development of shared services, implementation of management information models, among many others.
