Gonçalo Gaiolas

Gonçalo Gaiolas is Vice President of Digital at OutSystems. In his current role, Gonçalo oversees technology strategy for improving customer experiences and streamlining internal operations. Gonçalo is currently successfully deploying a low-code first strategy, and testing the scalability limits of the OutSystems platform at OutSystems itself. He works closely with other executives senior managers in business transformation and evolution.
In the past few years, Gonçalo has held a number of roles in areas related to Customer Experience, Customer Success, Digital Strategy, and Client Program Management. He is passionate about working directly with customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes, while at the same time infusing deep changes in how organizations work in the new digital age.
In his free time, Gonçalo is an avid traveler. One of his proudest accomplishments was a 1 year “mini-retirement” that included visiting over 20 countries. He also enjoys spending his time helping others succeed, either by mentoring tech startups or participating in volunteer work with children. He is the proud father of a 1 year old.
Gonçalo is a Computer Science graduate from IST in Lisbon, has Management Certificate from University of California at Berkeley, and is a proud alumnus of Nova SBE Intensive Management Program.
