After
a first stage of his career in the service & development sector, in 2005
Pedro began his professional career in Spain as an IT Manager in T-Grup (Grupo
Tau-Icesa).
In 2007, he joined Schneider Electric to lead the department of Applications (ERP & Business Processes Deployment) for Iberia, Middle East, Africa and South America.
In 2011, Pedro was appointed to the role of CIO for Africa and South America and member of the Direction Committee for these areas. With more than 3000 IT users across countries and, in charge of a global team based in +10 different countries, Pedro was responsible for IT strategy development, business relationship management and IT delivery in the perimeter.
In June 2015, Pedro took the role of Chief Information Officer of Schneider Electric for the Iberian Zone and member of its Executive Team. His organization delivers IT services to more than 4000 users, 35 sites, 8 industrial plants, and a regional distribution center in the perimeter.
Pedro, as CIO and the leader of the Information, Process and Organization team, is committed to ensure business continuity, enable growth and support strategy and innovation to all business unites in the perimeter through reliable IT systems, fast and flexible adaptation to change and services delivery excellence.
