Bio
Gonçalo Gaiolas is Vice President of Community & Ecosystem at OutSystems. In his current role, Gonçalo oversees the acquisition, expansion, and retention of the developer and certified professionals using OutSystems technology.
In the past few years, Gonçalo has held a number of roles in areas related to Digital, Information Technology, Customer Experience, Customer Success, Digital Strategy, and Client Program Management. He is passionate about working directly with customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes, while at the same time infusing deep changes in how organizations work in the new digital age.
In his free time, Gonçalo is an avid traveler. One of his proudest accomplishments was a 1 year “mini-retirement” that included visiting over 20 countries. He also enjoys spending his time helping others succeed, either by mentoring tech startups or participating in volunteer work with children. He is the proud father of a 1 year old.
Gonçalo is a Computer Science graduate from IST in Lisbon, has Management Certificate from University of California at Berkeley, and is a proud alumnus of Nova SBE Intensive
